Delivery of Ingredients
Next day delivery for orders placed before 1pm
Coffee Point can deliver outside the UK subject to an additional delivery charge
Ordering and delivery is from Monday to Friday
Free delivery for orders over £50. Delivery charge of £7 will be made on orders under £50
Delivery of Machines
We will endeavour to deliver and install your machines within 2-4 weeks of receipt of your
order. We cannot however accept responsibility for any delays in manufacturers' production
Prices and Discounts
While every effort will be made not to alter prices they are subject to change without notice. Prices charged will be those
current at the time of ordering the goods

Accounts
Accounts are payable to the Accounts Department, Coffee Point Ltd., 1 Indescon Court,
Millharbour, London, E14 9TN and cheques should be made out to Coffee Point Ltd.
Payment terms are 30 days from date of invoice
Acceptance of Orders
We reserve the right to reduce or cancel the order or suspend delivery if we are unable, for any reason, to execute the order
either in part or whole
Errors or Shortages
On receipt of goods, please check that they are undamaged and in accordance with our delivery note before signing for them. Your
signature will be regarded as proof of delivery
All damaged perishable items should be returned to Coffee Point Ltd. within 7 days to be considered for a refund.
Product Expiry Date
Please check the best before date of your goods upon delivery. We accept no responsibility or liability for deterioration in the
condition of goods which may take place after they have been accepted by the customer
