Our Engineering services provide the backbone of the business, as we recognise that your vending machines need to be fully operational at all times of the day and night.

The Coffee Point Group offers both a local and national service to meet individual client requirements. With over 78 engineers employed by the Group and with an additional 183 engineers employed by our AVS partners across the UK who can easily respond to calls within two hours within urban areas and four hours within rural areas. All engineers undergo rigorous training both in house and with the various machine manufacturers' Master classes. Monthly technical bulletins keep them up to-date with upgrades and changes to specification.

Additional engineering facts: -
  • The Group holds ample spares, for all of our machine base, in operator vehicles.
  • Any parts out of stock that are ordered by 3pm and delivered by the manufacturer are delivered to the depot by 9am the next day.
  • Our technical teams are available 24 hours, seven days a week for emergency call outs and we cover for many Disaster Recovery sites.
