Coffee Point, have been acquired by Bunzl plc, the 120th largest company quoted on the London stock exchange.
In deciding on the best future for Coffee Point the decision to sell to Bunzl plc gives the business the financial security and investment that it required in the long term.
Continuity of direction will be maintained through Peter Thompson and Charles Trace who will be taking senior roles within the merged business, working closely with Neil Dobbs the new Chief Executive who announced the acquisition on Monday 20th August.
